Viral Friend Generator Script Installation Wizard

This script will walk you trough the Viral Friend Generator installation process.

there are 3 steps that you have to do:

Upload the content of zip archive to your public html folder or any other folder you desire.
Please login into your site's FTP and upload all files contained in the zip archive and upload them either direct to your public_html folder on your server, either to a sub-folder of public_html folder.

Change CHMOD to 777 for Templates Folder AND ALL Files contained inside the templates folder. Also change CHMOD for Config Folder AND FOR constants.php (which can be found in config folder) to 777 while installing and after install is finished change to 755.

After you've uploaded all files, please right click on templates folder and you will see in the window which opens after right-clicking Properties/CHMOD. Please click on this option and fill in the Permissions field with the number 777. The same you do with the files contained by the folder.

Please Login to your site's Cpanel and click on Mysql® Databases.
Next you have to create a new database by entering a name for the database and pressing the Create button. Then click Go back button.
Now you have to create a user. So please fill the username and password fields and click on create button. Click Go back button again.
Now you will see displayed: Add users to database. Here select the user and the database which you created at the previous steps and click on Add user to database button.
Please make sure you take notes in a safe place of your username, password and database name you just created as you will need them in the future.
Now, you can log out from cpanel.

In the next 2 steps, installation wizard will check if CHMOD and database settings are correct.
